My experience hasn’t been good! Just yesterday I got a message on the screen in the truck saying sonar system error please see dealer for assistant I haven’t even had a vehicle for a month yet! Not to mention the black marker that was all over the back seat and on the rug! This vehicle was explained to me over the phone as in excellent condition and was not! The vehicle also has scratches all over it that I did not see until the next morning since the vehicle was purchased at night. I understand it was a use certified used vehicle but the scratches should have been talked about as well as the black marker that was written all over the seats and on the carpet should have been mentioned. I could have made a decision if I wanted to purchase that vehicle still or not after being told about these things. I would’ve moved on to the next vehicle and still purchased one just not the one I did because there where more just like it! So it’s been one thing after another for me. The maintenance light came on when I was headed back home for an oil change!! I didn’t even have the vehicle 24 hours!!! This has just not been a good experience for me! So referral would been far fetched in my situation. I found the same vehicle that I went to get from them 400 miles away, at another location and because it was not at a Infiniti dealership I decided to go with this dealership! I know now that I made a mistake and I should’ve went with the first one! I am leaving this rating for the next person that decides to get a vehicle from this dealership to make sure that you go over everything twice and never purchase a vehicle at night especially from this dealership! More
