To all potential and current Infiniti customers, I'd like to introduce myself to you as a highly energetic asset to the Infinit of Gwinnett dealership! I'm a retired service member that served 22 yrs of active duty service in our beloved US Army Infantry and immediately after deployed to Baghdad to work alongside our Ambassador at the New Embassy Compound in Iraq. In addition, 9 years of high level security contracting throughout the US! Originally from upstate New York (Syracuse area) but here to provide service and be the best that I can be. I'll end this short bio with my hobbies for all who love a particular discipline. Mine happens to be boxing, boxing and oh yes...more boxing!!! Please come by and ask for me! Great Dealership to purchase your Infiniti Infiniti of Gwinnett dealership team was very professional and kind. Upon entering the dealership door my wife and I was greeted with a warm smile as Infiniti of Gwinnett dealership team was very professional and kind. Upon entering the dealership door my wife and I was greeted with a warm smile as one of the salesperson exiting the building and the receptionist was very friendly with a great smile. Great first impression. Team members would ask if we were alright! can it get you anything. Great second impression. Great place to shop. As for Mark Preston who sold me my Used Q50. Mark is a good honest sales person who did not sugar coat any answers to my questions regarding my Q50. He was very informative and as a salesperson his integrity in my opinion 100 customer focus. Translation " My wife and I trusted his salesmanship". Anyone out there who are looking to buy a Infiniti and looking for a good honest salesperson to due business with you should contact Mark Preston. I will drive 3.5 hours EVERYTIME I need a car...from now on. Let me start by saying, I am probably mini nightmare for a salesperson. I have my “list” of what I want, I over think it, and I can’t stray from that Let me start by saying, I am probably mini nightmare for a salesperson. I have my “list” of what I want, I over think it, and I can’t stray from that list. It is broken down from model to color, to engine size, exterior, options, drivetrain, you get the picture. One would have to align the stars to get the sale AND get 5 stars. One Infiniti dealer basically took my list as said... “Umm yeah...I’ll get in touch with you if we get something like this”. Something like this?!?!? It’s not a spaceship...it’s a car...that you should want sell me!! Well Mark really did just that. He took my list, searched through EVERY single car (and they have A LOT of cars), and gave me a “list” of cars to choose from. Everyone one on his list, aligned with my own list...he aligned the stars. And that was just dealing with my salesperson, the ENTIRE staff that I personally dealt with (Jana, Dragan, and Sam “The Finance Man”) were was amazing...I even met a Hootie who was equally as charming, I don’t think those words have ever been spoken about a car dealership....ever. I’m sure I’m suppose to keep this short..like..awesome guy...great dealership..yay Mark and Go Infinity. But the experience I had was really work writing the world’s longest dealer review.
