Quality of service I was met with a prompt appointment with a smile and professionalism. I was formally introduced to my salesperson, Mark Roncone. This gentleman eas I was met with a prompt appointment with a smile and professionalism. I was formally introduced to my salesperson, Mark Roncone. This gentleman eased a my 1st car transaction over year since a major medical. He made me feel comfortable and safe. He explained the vehicle history in detailed ., answered all my questions. After talking with finance, he made a deal I could not refuse. Mark made the overall experience the 'BEST'....., he drove the me home in the car. I was not comfortable to drive such a beautiful car alone after a year of major medical and not driving and gaining my independence was a my big start.... I next met the final financial contract. Joe, another great and personable member of the Infiniti of Naperville to complete the night. ;-)) I was glad I made choose Infiniti of Naperville. I would recommend to anyone I know in the market for car. I would be a repeat customer and plan on make them my service center for my car. More

Easiest car buying experience It was just a great experience to buy a new car from this dealership. From the time I walked in, took a test drive,, waited on trade-in appraisal and It was just a great experience to buy a new car from this dealership. From the time I walked in, took a test drive,, waited on trade-in appraisal and got satisfying numbers on the deal took only about 45 minutes.No arguing, yelling and pounding a head on the wall. Of course, getting a paperwork completed and driving home in a new vehicle took little longer but that is expected. One of the easiest car buying process I have been subjected to in my life. Great job Mark Roncone and Infinity of Napperville. More
