Management did great job handling any concern that I had. They spent a lot of time with me until I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands bringing my vehicles to them for service. I did not leave a review after my last service visit, but want to mention that I had a great experience working with Hunter. He gave me solid advice on my 1998 Tacoma that needed a long list of work, some of which was pretty unusual compared to typical service. This was no problem and I felt confident I came to right place. More

Rental car desk took my reserved Tacoma away. Would not give me one. Even though there was one in a rental bay. Wanted to give me a smaller sedan either no cargo space. They finally gave me a Hig Would not give me one. Even though there was one in a rental bay. Wanted to give me a smaller sedan either no cargo space. They finally gave me a Highlander after I was going to reschedule my visit due to Devon’s interaction with the rental desk. Young woman at rental desk was very incompetent. Next day I went to put my trailer hitch on rental, I realized I could not do my tasks since there was not a receiver, as you know that’s why a like or close to like is why I reserved a Tundra. Service.. service called said truck ready. It wasn’t, I had to return a few days later after it was completed. Lack of clear communication with service. The customer service with scheduling as each other covers each others shifts aren’t all on the same page as far as each others clients regards. All in all your group always takes care of us well but more hiccups this time than in the past. We are grateful for what you do, I’m just giving you feedback as do you can smooth out the bumps! More
