Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable salespeople (not pesky!). I drove away a short while later with an top notch Tundra, got very generous money for my trade in, met some awesome people at Toyota of Scranton, and even enjoyed lunch from the in-store deli! Very Highly Recommended! More

Mixed I found a mixed group of employees at your dealership. At first not all were on the same page. However as the sale was nearing completion, the transac I found a mixed group of employees at your dealership. At first not all were on the same page. However as the sale was nearing completion, the transaction went smoothly. In the end, it was very positive. Mark Thomas was very helpful! I think some of the staff need a bit more training! However one man in particular went out of his way to assist me. That was very satisfying! Finance was very high pressure. Selling warranties mixed in with final payment—bad idea! More
