He arranged a demo drive for me in a car similar to the sort of spec I might buy. Over the following weeks I sent Scott countless emails asking endless probing questions. Scott was excellent in offering totally impartial views and advise of what Porsche technologies and after-market treatments would collectively best satisfy my personal needs. It is important for me to build personal relationships with those I entrust to look after me 'after' I have bought a new vehicle. Scott made me feel welcomed into the Hennessy Porsche family and like nothing would be too much trouble for him to facilitate for me, be that in an hours time or one year from now. It's good to feel respected and welcome if delivered sincerely, which I felt it was. Eventually I agreed terms on a Cayman S with Scott. Initially the deal was just short of palatable to me; however Scott was able to rework the deal to be able to fit in with my budget. Buying a Porsche will never be cheap, but the eventual dealer was certainly acceptably good to me. Blake in service helped see me away in a loan car at zero notice, when I made an 11th hour decision to have SpeedFilm fitted during the time of collection. Jamey Holt was excellent in dealing with all matters financial and arranging the SpeedFilm fitment. And after arranging a prestige plate for me, he even offered to return my trade-in vehicles old tag just to save me the trouble. A slight miss-communication between Jamey and Scott meaning I initially left the showroom without a formal vehicle controls handover, was the only slight blot on an otherwise impeccable team performance. This was soon rectified a couple of days later, when I revisited the showroom and received a comprehesive familiarization demo from Mike McPherson. All things considered a good buying experience. I am delighted with my new Porsche and would recommend Hennessy Porsche and particularly the sales assistance of Scott and Mike to anyone interested in investing in this wonderful brand. More

Same with Finance, Service and Reception. Mark Venti has personally provided input and positive support whenever required. He leads a great group of people. Mike McPherson was my sales guy (again) and the only Porsche sales professional in many years who knows more about the brand than me - and I like to think I know just a bit. OK, so I am a Porsche enthusiast. I also live in Virginia. I regularly drive 680+ miles to Atlanta to bring my shiny, slightly used, offerings to Drew (pre-owned sales) and I always get a fair price. I work Mike pretty hard on the new car deals and while Mark Venti and Michael Caldwell are usually in the mix too, I always get a fair price. This is a tough business. There's lots of competition and lots of Porsche dealers out there. But in my opinion the Hennessy team have something special, a secret sauce. They treat their clients with respect, consideration, and absolute professionalism and in my case it's been the norm on six separate occasions. They have an excellent rapport with PCNA in Atlanta and in the past were able to intercede on my behalf when an initial delivery problem cropped up with a new vehicle - to my great relief and complete satisfaction. I have never received this sustained level of relationship management over time from any other Porsche dealer in the US, and I have been through a few. It's what keeps me coming back! So thanks guys, I appreciate your ongoing commitment to excellence. In this day and age it's pretty unique. And for everybody who reads this post, try these folks out. I bought a Certified low mileage Porsche off the internet from Hennessy Porsche in Roswell, GA. I live in Nebraska. The description and the photos of the car were good, but I needed additional information from Hennessy Porsche in Roswell, GA. I live in Nebraska. The description and the photos of the car were good, but I needed additional information about the car and ownership history, and had a unique buying situation......I was buying the car on behalf of someone else (with power of attorney), wiring payment to the dealer in metro-Atlanta, and would not be able to inspect the car until it was delivered in Nebraska. This kind of purchase requires information and trust, on both sides of the deal. The Certified inspection gave me confidence that this low mileage Porsche was in excellent condition, even though titled in New York and driven in Manhattan for two years. Scott and Mike built my confidence further by conducting additional inspections and answering additional questions. The car was delivered 1,000 miles away within 48 hours after pick-up from the dealer, in "perfect" condition and as described. The next morning I had it inspected by the State of Nebraska, registered, titled, licensed, and plated. The new owner loves her car, and the transaction was smooth and easy from beginning to end. Great job by everyone, and I highly recommend Hennessy Porsche. More

Greg and Sally were both very knowledgeable and passionate about the product and their dealership. The no pressure sales approach and focus on finding me the 'right' car resulted in a very happy Porsche owner. Greg has followed up with me on several occasions to resolve a cosmetic concern I had with the vehicle prior to leaving the lot as well as provided post sale vehicle information. Finally, the finance side was a breeze...very little time lapsed between the time we agreed on a price and me walking out the door. I'm not sure what they did with all of the bloat paperwork I was used to seeing at other dealerships! More
