Just plain straightforward conversations and discussions. Understand, our buying process consisted of looking at just about every brand of SUV and respective dealer. We chose Hennessy because of their no nonsense approach and the fact that Scott knows his product and was able to answer all our questions - ah, and of course because it's a Porsche! Awesome experience - if buying a new car can be an awesome experience then everyone we met certainly made it one! The car that met her requirements was a Porsche Macan S. We worked with Greg Jordan and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better person with whom to work. When we went to make the purchase, there was a problem caused by another dealership not living up to what we felt they had promised. That's when Mark Venti got involved and worked with us to make sure we got the deal that we were expecting. He couldn't have been more gracious and helpful. Jamey Holt went over the various warranty options with us, but not at all in a way that leaves you feeling exhausted and irritated. In short, the dealership had an overall friendly and personable culture with nice amenities to keep the family occupied during the process. The even supplied a food truck to serve lunch to all the customers at no charge! More
