I usually deal with Marlon Poole, but since he was unavailable, he hooked me up with Ryan Harkins who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable about my purchase and the process. The same goes for Holly during the appraisal process of the vehicle I was trading. Lili explained the technology thoroughly to make sure I had a complete understanding. Overall, the experience was awesome. I have purchased 4-5 cars from Tom Gill Chevrolet and would recommend them to anyone. In fact, two of my sons have bought from them. Wasted an entire day waiting on a return call after making an offer on an FJ Cruise. Gave a price and told him I needed an answer so I could book a flight to pick up the automobile. He agreed that he would hold the keys and get.the paperwork together for me. Yet, once I received my paperwork I was told they could not commit to that price. Ensure you get a definitive response from Marion or you to may feel as though you are a victim of a bait and switch. Of course, the "manager" called me to review numbers and then told me they don't have the much margin in their vehicles. No one was accountable and this was a waste of my time. Integrity is lacking at this dealership. Tracy More
