Can't say enough good things about her. I had some car issues that I tried to solve by getting an extended warranty through her. Things didn't work out so I attempted to trade my current vehicle in. Bought my first Hyundai Accent in 2009 from checkered flag and really loved that little car. My cousin Billy Daniels was the credit manager at that time so that was the reason for my choosing them. I got a new car recently from Checkered Flag Hyundai thanks to my amazing daughter. I didn't know I was getting a new car, but my daughter worked with Martene, who helped to make the whole thing a surpr thanks to my amazing daughter. I didn't know I was getting a new car, but my daughter worked with Martene, who helped to make the whole thing a surprise. (Seriously, if you are looking for a car, you need to ask for her!!!) I thought I was just getting an oil change, but my daughter was actually there doing the paperwork for my car. When I went to pick up my car, Martene handed me the keys to a Hyundai (I was expecting to get back my old Ford Focus). Then she told me to ring a bell and everyone in the dealership started cheering and clapping. I was confused, but then she told me to push the button for the horn, and there was my brand new Elantra parked out front with a big red bow on it. I can't thank Martene enough for helping my daughter to pull off the most amazing surprise ever. I would give Checkered Flag Hyundai a million stars if I could! More
