I met with Adolfo Marte as we have spoken over the phone a few days back to set an appointment. When we met he had the CRV Touring exterior and interior color that I wanted ready for a test drive. From speaking with Adolfo it was evident that he cares about the customers and more importantly he was very transparent throughout. He was very calm and courteous but very knowledgeable who’s is a big plus. He took his time explaining the procedure and was never pushy like some car sales people could be. He was able to explain any differences between the 2018 and 2019 models which was a factor in our decision. He also suggested a test drive which solidified our decision on our choice of car. Adolfo was also amazing in procuring an fantastic deal for us, especially since we came in so close to closing.
