I was NOT very happy with how the people in your financial department, particularly Marth Ortiz, handled everything. I bought my car in April but did not get my title until June the first, which I still have documentation of. The timing of when the asked for the 500 down payment tripped me up enough and even though they admitted that they were at fault for my paperwork being done late I had to pay the tag agency $556 that I did not have (which I still have the receipt for). Martha Ortiz was not very sympathetic towards me by telling me that I should have taken care of everything instead of figuring out what to do. How dare she! I have a 3 year old daughter and on top of that what was I supposed to do when nobody told me anything and my paperwork was late on top of that. And she tells me that I am not getting reimbursed anything despite the fact that it was THEIR error when I believe that I should MOST DEFINITELY get reimbursed that $556. Because of Martha Ortiz in your financial department I will never use or recommend you guys ever again.
