Metro Ford has a special person in JR. He’s not a pushy salesman, he didn’t try to get Me to look at vehicles that I didn’t want and didn’t push me onto vehicles I wanted. He listen to what I wanted and found me the perfect pick up. Haven’t bought a used car in 30 years, he made it a pleasure to buy a used vehicle. I vote him the employee of the month. He was very respectful to me and just a great guy. You guys got one heck of a salesman. After we made the deal he went further and ask his boss if I could have running boards so my wife can get in the pick up and it happened, no extra money. Thank you David Talley More

This people screwed me over big time! Traded my car in April but didn't get my title until June 1st. Metro Ford realizes that it was their fault for the delay and flat out told me that they are not reimbu April but didn't get my title until June 1st. Metro Ford realizes that it was their fault for the delay and flat out told me that they are not reimbursing me because I had until the 13th to register the vehicle. How was I supposed to know that if I did not get my tile until June 1st! Totally a sleaze ball move let alone unprofessional and tactless. Will NEVER recommend this dealership EVER again! More

It was a great group of people they worked hard to find me something that I loved. The only downfall and the reason they got the 3 star rating I scheduled a time to look at a vehicle knowing I came to look me something that I loved. The only downfall and the reason they got the 3 star rating I scheduled a time to look at a vehicle knowing I came to look at this one in particular they sold it 30 mins before I got there without even a courtesy call to say someone was looking at it. I almost walked out of the dealership as soon as they said that and looked elsewhere. But I had a decent experience other than that. I would leave a better star for Cody but they should’ve called and told me someone was interested in the truck I had scheduled to see. More

Sales rep did a good job. Car was not cleaned well on delivery, had issues that need to be fixed with paint chips, leather wrapped steering wheel , and horn. This is a brand new 60k mustang , paint chips delivery, had issues that need to be fixed with paint chips, leather wrapped steering wheel , and horn. This is a brand new 60k mustang , paint chips were filled in with cheap paint filler from any parts store. While I had the car over night the oil drain line from the pro charger came out and was dragging on the ground . Option given to fix it was a zip tie! Not happy at all More
