The sale of the vehicle went okay. Sales team was not entirely truthful in terms of product matching description. An apology was made by sales team for the mistake. Unfortunately the failure to match description will be a large expense. Communication from management is VERY poor, and unwilling to take responsibility to correct the mistake. I have been told several times I will receive a call back shortly from management, to further discuss the issue. Avoidance continues, and I never receive a phone call as promised. If accountability on management's part occurred, the rating for my experience would be much higher. More

I found and online listing for a car that fit what I was looking for. Contacted them and worked with a salesman and finance manager to make the purchase happen. The entire time, in continued to get emails from their automated system. After the purchase was complete, in continued to receive communications from their automated system and "online sales team." This was pretty frustrating especially when I received an email the day after completing the purchase that stated the very car I had bought (a specific used car listing with the same VIN) was being reduced in price by $3k. I wouldn't use this dealership again because I don't trust their sales people to give me the real price and their automated sales system is way too much. More

Después por parte de ellos no tengo más que agradecimiento de mi parte por querer conseguir lo mejor para mi, pero lamento decir que yo tenía razón en comprar un usado que ya me ha comenzado a dar problemas y justamente no quería que eso sucediera.
