When we called Richie made no communication or expectations that our car would be with them overnight… or for four days...after my husband and I persistently called to get our car back, which Richie was very hesitant to return our car, upon getting our car back 4 high end sunglasses (and prescription glasses) (Ray Band/gucci) were missing from the center console... also including irreplaceable jewelry. Items were not left out and they were in the center console of the car. Richie is not answering the calls, texts or voice messages....Brittany the manager lacks any sort of empathy. More

Martin answered all my questions about our upcoming 60,000 mile service and met the lowest price for us to put new tires on our Outback at the same time. Polite and accommodating!!! More
