I received excellent customer service by Bill Robertson. He I received excellent care from Bill Robertson. He was honest and made me have faith in manly Honda again. My previous experience with Joseph Mesenbrin I received excellent care from Bill Robertson. He was honest and made me have faith in manly Honda again. My previous experience with Joseph Mesenbrink was terrible. He was unethical and recommended my tires be changed before it was necessary and told me it was against the law and I could get a ticket if they got much more where which was not true. He also told me the brand of tires I had which are Michelin are not the best tires. Thanks to Bill, I feel confident and safe to have my car serviced at manly Honda again. More

When I stumbled across Manly Honda In Santa Rosa during my morning drink run i was approached by a young man named Justin Allen at a gas station filling a car with gas he just sold, he told me to come visit. I could tell from his warm outgoing personality he was genuine and passionate about his job so I said he what the xxxx I’ll give this place a shot. On my walk over to Manly Honda I had to ask myself, Do I need to be liked? Absolutely not; I like to be liked. I enjoy being liked, but it’s not like this compulsive need to be liked, like my need to be praised. Justin sold me a car based on what I need, susan brought me like 4 cups of coffee and dam that woman can hold a great conversation. They had my money in a bag before I even knew it. I love manly Honda and the service there. There’s also a stud named Beejan, had me approved for xxxx I didn’t know was possible. Tim from management was outstanding don’t really know where he buys his shirts from because he wouldn’t tell me but hey players play & coaches coach. Let me not forget about Martin that kid had me dripping in Honda gear. Overall 10 out of 10 and that’s on citas! I will be back for 1 more car at the end of 2019 and for Susans interesting adventure story times. P.s Dave was cool More

Typical Horrible Car Purchase We went to purchase a newly used Honda Pilot and were dreading going to any car dealership. The salesman was new and untrained in how to close a deal. We went to purchase a newly used Honda Pilot and were dreading going to any car dealership. The salesman was new and untrained in how to close a deal. We were told a repair would be on the "Due Bill" and it was not. We were in a rush to sign the papers as my husband would be late going to work for his night shift. We were told that since the repair was not on the "Due Bill" we would have to pay. Then the sales manager said it was a "he said she said" because there was no proof. Fortunately, I had text messages from the inadequate saleman indicating they were indeed repairing it. If it wasn't for those text messages we would nothing to stand on. It took over a week to get get the vehicle as promised. When I finally picked up the vehicle, no one came out to follow up and some other different salesman, who I had never met, showed me to my car. Absolutely horrible experience and have already told all our friends and family to beware of this dealership. More
