Martine was the best. I was nervous about my oil change and whether it would take longer than promised. Martine told me not to worry and that she would take care of me. She showed me to the waiting area and checked in on me She made sure the work was done in than an hour. On the way out she opened the door manually so I did not have to drive up to it. Premier Subaru's Stellar Service Awards are proudly displayed at the dealership and once again they've earned that award with me. I had an issue with the leather on one of my seats in my 2018 Outback a displayed at the dealership and once again they've earned that award with me. Owner took care of me! I had a few costly repairs done to my car, which was out of warranty. This time I needed a new condenser, after just having the compressor replaced. I had a few costly repairs done to my car, which was out of warranty. This time I needed a new condenser, after just having the compressor replaced. Due to issues with a/c’s , the owner called headquarters and got it completely covered! I never expected that as it was so deeply appreciated. Service at this dealership has been amazing and I highly recommend Premier. Oh yeah, the newly built dealership is outstanding! More
