This is my fifth Honda, so I'm obviously very happy with the product -- but that's not all I've been very happy with. The entire Lundgren team -- from sales to service -- has always been very accommodatin the product -- but that's not all I've been very happy with. The entire Lundgren team -- from sales to service -- has always been very accommodating and my stop at the dealership last week turned out to be the best yet. I stopped in to have my car serviced and while waiting, I began a conversation about possibly purchasing a new car with Marty Kendrick. As soon as my 2015 CRV came down off the lift, Marty went into the bay area to check it out. Probably 10 minutes later, he was back in his office offering me a deal on my seven-year-old car that I couldn't believe, nor could I refuse. In addition to the outstanding offer, Marty was tremendously helpful in tying up all the various loose ends that one often runs into when purchasing a new car and explained everything we needed to know in a way that was easy to understand. And with just two new CRV's remaining on the lot after four had been delivered the previous day, he made sure the car wouldn't be sold while I ran home to get my wife, who thought it was a great deal as well. And so, the the next day we became proud owners of a 2022 CRV. And when we decide on buying our next one, I'll make sure Marty's the one doing the selling.
