James Carr was extremely helpful in my recent purchase of a 2021 CR-V. I appreciated his patience in showing me how to use all the options in my new car. I really appreciated his invitation to come back an a 2021 CR-V. I appreciated his patience in showing me how to use all the options in my new car. I really appreciated his invitation to come back any time for more help with how different options work. As the season changed I was glad to feel welcomed back when I needed help with all the different options to heat the car comfortably for myself and others that might be in the car. We have owned Honda's since 1999. The past 3 have been CRV's and love them. This is our 1st Ridgeline (used), so far loving it. Have towed our fishing boat to Lake Champlain.
