Waited four weeks for a title to show up after I agreed to purchase. Two times they said they had the title but then it turned out to be the wrong one. Summit wouldn't work with me on price for my lost tim to purchase. Two times they said they had the title but then it turned out to be the wrong one. Summit wouldn't work with me on price for my lost time. Ended up purchasing the truck just because it was a nice vehicle. Summit could of made me a repeat customer by working with me on price, instead they wouldn't budge and used the classic "Three other people are interested in this truck" I will be taking my business elsewhere for my next new truck purchase. This place would be great if you just want to buy a truck directly off the internet, but don't expect to go in and receive any kind of quality sales support. More

My car buying effort was 100% on line. I have never done that before. When I came to pick up the car - what they said and what happened were exactly the same. I had a special point of sale request that in that before. When I came to pick up the car - what they said and what happened were exactly the same. I had a special point of sale request that in pretty much ALL car sales cases is / would be minor. When I mentioned that to the sales person (Marty), he said "if it's important to you, it's important to me." Very classy on the part of Marty. SOLD! More
