When I first arrived at the service center, I needed a much needed oil change. I was going out of town and their service department wasn't closed yet when I arrived, but I was told they weren't doing any much needed oil change. I was going out of town and their service department wasn't closed yet when I arrived, but I was told they weren't doing any more oil changes for the day, and I explained my emergence and they wound up working with me and got an advisor to help me and he got my oil changed for me. They were all very kind and they worked with me and got me in, instead of saying to me "sorry, you have to come back later." Jason Rodas was very helpful and kind. More
