Non responsive. Had no outreach and one day we couldn’t get through to a single person in service. We had to call sales and they literally walked over since no one w Had no outreach and one day we couldn’t get through to a single person in service. We had to call sales and they literally walked over since no one would answer when transferred. They took the car much longer than originally discussed, wouldn’t pay for a loaner and when we finally got it back was told “it was just that they needed to charge the battery” after 4 days… won’t be going back unless we have to. Took my other Tahoe to Thorsen and got it full new brake pads and engine work done in the same day! More

I had to take my car back 3 times for the same issues, not happy, when I got my car back the carpet was stained with grease and the side panels were also staying with grease and they left the windows down not happy, when I got my car back the carpet was stained with grease and the side panels were also staying with grease and they left the windows down and I found rat droppings in my vehicle, and I also found a receipt in my car where they went to McDonald’s to get lunch in my vehicle that is very unprofessional, unfortunately they just lost a customer. I spent close to $15,000 on my vehicle. I would highly not recommend that dealership for any services More
