Service Center We had a flat tire and called the same morning for repair. They were able to fit us in and were done with repairs and oil change in about an hour. Where did all the customer service go ? Why would it take two hours to get a oil change with an appointment made 3 days prior. Why would I have to inquire on the status of my vehicle twice Why would it take two hours to get a oil change with an appointment made 3 days prior. Why would I have to inquire on the status of my vehicle twice ? Why would be told they are busy and running behind ? Why would u not say we apologized and will working to get it done and sorry for the inconvenience ? Why when car is ready hand me the paper work and pay cashier at the very least review and sorry for taking so long ?why would u take me to car lot and tell me push on alarm to find my car ? Why was car blocked in after we found it ? If it was that busy the car should have been not blocked but free since u supposedly just finished it ? Why no customer service after being here numerous times and on lot busy days 1 hr max with sometimes numerious jobs to do . More
