I am extremely pleased with the way he conducted business, he represented himself and his organization very well. Mary the Customer Service Associate was very courtesy and welcoming. Last - Lisa the finance manager was absolutely a joy to work with. (I am use to grumpy finance folks, and she was the total opposite of grumpy).
