Our Ford Explorer was taking to Bozard for a new transmission the week of 01/18/2021. While the car was there, I worked with Mary Lata and Dawn McStine. Both of these ladies were very professional transmission the week of 01/18/2021. While the car was there, I worked with Mary Lata and Dawn McStine. Both of these ladies were very professional, know their information and kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle. A few days after we picked up the car, the service engine light came on. We contacted Mary and she told us to come by to diagnose the problem. When my wife arrived Mary and the tech was waiting outside and they had the diagnosed the reason for the check engine light within minutes. We live in Orange Park and it is about a 45 minutes drive to Bozard but for any future repairs, I will be bringing my car back to Bozard. In the near future, we will be looking at getting a new vehicle and there is only 1 Ford Dealership that I will go to and that is Bozard. Thank you Mary and Dawn for all your help and service. More

Done right I had some work done at a local shop and had to take it back several times and it still was not right. I went to Bozart Ford and explained to them tha I had some work done at a local shop and had to take it back several times and it still was not right.
