The most painless oil change I ever experienced! I got there early dropped off my truck and they shuttle me to work. They text me about an hour later and said my truck was ready. Arrived at quick serve lady at desk doing something on phone told i'll be with you in a minute. After they took auto in service very quick, actually doubt they did rotation tire pressures same for each individual tire that they were before service. Buying car from yu guys was great experience, just expected same level at service. Hey but you got me now, already bought plan so we will try again. Also Mary Lata was very efficient and friendly. Normal maintenance ends in a pleasant surprise! I took our Lincoln MKX in for routine servicing and selected "The Works" package. The service was performed quickly and to my delight and surprise we I took our Lincoln MKX in for routine servicing and selected "The Works" package. The service was performed quickly and to my delight and surprise we were "comped" on the service. Apparently it was our 5th service and when you have four services done, you receive the fifth free - awesome! I was also told I had a credit balance in my member advantage program which will easily cover one or two more services going forward. The bar has just been raisededib My wife and I rarely buy vehicles anymore simply because they are so incredibly expensive and the process can be so daunting. That was until we came across Bozard Ford in St. Augustine, Florida. I made an initial phone call and had a very productive conversation with Lee Brewer in Sales. In a surprising twist, I had a 2nd gentleman (Alex Allison, Sales) contact me to answer even more questions and facilitate our trade considerations . Where all former interactions in other dealerships had been incredibly "turf sensitive", this seemed to be a collective effort from Bozard Ford to actually meet our needs, Could this be? We packed a bag and headed South to find out. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alex and he gave us the tour of the facility and had our vehicle gassed up and ready for a test drive. Since it was raining when we arrived, Alex had our new vehicle parked in a covered area so we didn't get wet! With ongoing assistance from Alex, Wyll Dickinson, Finance Manager and Tom Reinard Sales Manager, a lifetime of bad experiences quickly became a thing of the past. I have been buying vehicles for some 40 years and I have NEVER had an experience such as the one I had here. From inception, it seemed different, throughout, it felt different and in the end, we found that it was different. In every single conversation, all the way through closing, we had absolutely no pressure but instead, we were treated with extraordinary respect and a genuine appreciation for our business. Moreover, we were treated as friends. We even needed some service work on our new vehicle and Mary Lata of Quick Lane saw to it that even this was taken care of. Bozard Ford of St. Augustine is not the closest dealer to our home. In fact, it is over an hour away. But I do not see buying another vehicle from anyone else in this lifetime. Spectacular job y'all.
