The only bad thing I can say is we dident receive a recall notice but it happens I’m not mad. Accidents happen but everyone was so friendly and made it is was fixed the right way and returned to me in recall notice but it happens I’m not mad. When we arrived at the Purvis service center to pick up our car there was no one at the service desk. A woman was standing just a few feet away and looked at us three times in about 5 mins but said nothing our car there was no one at the service desk. A woman was standing just a few feet away and looked at us three times in about 5 mins but said nothing. When I spoke up and asked if this was where you pick up your car she turned and said yes and she would be with us in a minute. Really, she couldn’t say right away that she would be right with us. And I pointed out to the rep when I dropped off the car that one tire was missing a stem cap and could they replace it. I asked three times before leaving the car. Yep, no cap on the stem when I got home. So for a 5 cent stem cap and lack of customer service I give Purvis a 1 Star rating. More
