Buying 2 Dodge vehicles I started by dealing with Helene Miller at the Haasz Collision Center, who was very helpful. From there I dealt with Chris Tepus and Willie Jones who were exceptional to deal with in getting my vehicle fixed. Next I was contacted by Christy Cosma who insisted I look at trading my vehicle in on a new car. I then met Brennan Scott and Linda Sousa, who were both very professional and persistent in getting me to switch from GM to Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. I have owned 27 vehicles in the past 30 years (including 17 NEW vehicles from General Motors), and never owned a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. After meeting with Brennan Scott several times, he not only talked me into buying a NEW 2015 Dodge Journey for myself, but also a 2013 Dodge Avenger for my 19 year old son. This was made possible by working with Mary Scott and Andy Huzvar to get me the best financing rates and good trade-in values on my used vehicles. Bob Yoder sealed the deal by going over the vehicles with me and telling me what to expect. I am very new to the Dodge experience, but like most of what I've seen and dealt with so far. Guaranteed Customer Satisfaction I recently had a negative buying experience at Haasz Automall. I used this venue to express my displeasure. Within twenty-four hours of my posting, I recently had a negative buying experience at Haasz Automall. I used this venue to express my displeasure. Within twenty-four hours of my posting, I received a telephone call from Andy Huzvar. Over the course of several conversations and emails, he provided me with all of the information I requested. The next telephone call I received was from Tyler Kline, General Manager who asked me what he needed to do to address my concerns. I shared with him my proposed resolution. Much to my surprise he suggested a resolution that I never thought was possible. He followed through on his proposed resolution surpassing my expectations. In a day where slogans such as "the customer is always right"; "the customer is number one"; and "guaranteed customer satisfaction" have become cliché, it is refreshing to find a business that truly embodies these philosophies. I was truly impressed by the prompt resolution to my concerns by Mr. Kline and his team that I dealt with on my return trip to the dealership. Those individuals are Rick McCoy and Mary Scott. Everyone has won me over as a loyal customer. I have recommended Haasz to my family, friends and coworkers. More
