First and foremost, I would like to start off by saying how amazing my salesman was. Mason did a phenomenal job making sure that I had the confidence in my car buying decision and accommodated to my reques how amazing my salesman was. Mason did a phenomenal job making sure that I had the confidence in my car buying decision and accommodated to my requests to ensure there was transparency with the vehicle I was purchasing. This was my first time ever buying an out of state vehicle without physically seeing it, but Mason provided me video of the test drive along with answering many of my questions and it also helped having the 4K YouTube videos provided by Brett. The AWD Dodge Charger V8 Hemi that I purchased was one of a kind and was in excellent condition just as the videos showed and as skeptical as I was to buy something without seeing it in person, what I appreciated the most was the communication level that Mason did to always keep my updated about the process. He is a true businessman and has the mentality of “No client left behind”. No matter how busy he was he always provided me a quick update as to what was happening in the process. I also wanted to give Charlotte who is in finance a huge thanks as she was the one who also communicated with me very well and followed up with me to let me know the status of my application. I am truly happy with the car and thankful that my experience with buying out of state went well. More
