He kept me posted the whole way through the process and while working with his co workers, they all made it happen! I’m extremely satisfied and they all made it smooth. I don't believe the finance guy - the rest was good The salesman was very good and although new, I felt confident he would find the answer if he didn't know it and wouldn't tell me something not true to The salesman was very good and although new, I felt confident he would find the answer if he didn't know it and wouldn't tell me something not true to make a sale. The price was negotiated fairly and I was happy with that. They were transparent on how the sales price was derived. When it got time to financing - I don't believe that person was honest. He told me the best rate they could find was 4.99% with my perfect credit score and Ford offering 0% financing at the time. I am aware there is a "buy rate" and a "sell rate" on the interest rate and I believe the "good deal" on the sale price was offset by jacking the "sell rate" I got on the loan financing interest rate. In the future I would not buy a vehicle from them where they were finding the financing. More

Good prices, good people I was happy with my trade in price and purchase price. My salesman was good. The finance person was good, patient, pushed the additional warranty w I was happy with my trade in price and purchase price. My salesman was good. The finance person was good, patient, pushed the additional warranty which was confusing at first but was for my benefit. I had to come back for a couple minor issues, which were covered under warranty or the store took care of it, either way, my salesman stayed through the stages, making sure it got taken care of. Overall, great experience. I'd recommend. More
