This last Friday (Aug 3rd) - I went in for my oil change and my car has been making a noise. Mason in service went above and beyond to seat down with me to go over the possibilities of the noise, update me half way through the inspection and then another update when things were done. Exceptional service department Driving east out of Sacramento on a Saturday afternoon we noticed a strange noise coming from the front end of our 2017 Subaru. As we approached Shi Driving east out of Sacramento on a Saturday afternoon we noticed a strange noise coming from the front end of our 2017 Subaru. As we approached Shingle Springs we thought we should have it checked out and went to Shingle Springs Subaru where we met Mason Bright in the service department. He took the car for a short drive and suspected the noise was coming from a wheel bearing, but said the shop was booked solid for the next week but he would see what he could do. He said he would try to get a Tech to check the diagnosis on Monday and provided us with a rental car. Saturday evening he called and said that a Tech had checked the car and confirmed a wheel bearing was causing the noise and that he would try to schedule the work to be completed by the next Tuesday when we would be passing through town once again. First thing Tuesday morning he called and confirmed the car would be ready by noon. I've been driving for more than 60 years and have never experienced such friendly and responsive service from either a dealer or independent garage. I recommend Shingle Springs Subaru to any looking for a favorable dealer experience. More

2015 Subaru Impreza w/ some problems. Shingle Springs Subaru is awesome! Bought a 2015 Impreza and 4 days later noticed a huge dent in the rocker panel. Emailed with no response...doesn't Shingle Springs Subaru is awesome! Bought a 2015 Impreza and 4 days later noticed a huge dent in the rocker panel. Emailed with no response...doesn't sound so great but keep reading. We noticed about a month later the front tires had uneven wear and the car pulled hard to the right...keep reading 😊 We took the car in for alignment under warranty and when the report came back it stated someone must have hit something on the right side to make the alignment that far off and tires were showing secondary rubber. I showed Mason the service tech my original email which got no response. After a few emails and phone calls I talked to Bryant (GM). He had my car rechecked for any issues, sent over to a local body shop to fix the dent and replaced the tires! I was originally very distraught when we discovered the issues because we saved a long time to pay cash for the car but Shingle Springs Subaru made everything right. They even gave us a fully loaded loaner car at no charge! We would highly recommend Shingle Springs to buy your next new or used car. The purchase process was nice, no pressure. They have an awesome coffee machine, tv and nice kids area for service appointments. More

Recall and gas tank door fix Went here today to have my gas tank door looked at because it wouldn't close and to have the current recall for my Legacy fixed. Found out that the door wouldn't close because the cable came loose, nothing worse than that...and I was prepared to have to bring the car back to have a major fix done. Mason in the service department took care of me today with no charges and had me in and out with both services in about an hour. I can't tell everyone enough that this is the best place to go for service and for car buying. Everyone here is so nice and makes the effort to get to know you by name. I drive up from downtown Sacramento just to have my car serviced here because it's such a pleasant experience every time. And, this is the 3rd car that has been purchased here, between me and my family....I recommend Shingle Springs Subaru for service and for car buying to everyone wanting a hassle-free and pleasurable experience. More
