As a new customer to Northside, As a whole I felt the customer service experience could have been much better for me. During my experience there many employees passed me and never acknowledged if I neede customer service experience could have been much better for me. During my experience there many employees passed me and never acknowledged if I needed assistance as if I did not belong there. My sales person Mason did approach me initially as I was looking at vehicles and I did eventually purchase as you know but I was disappointed in the service that my sales person gave me in the end because he failed to explain many features on my vehicle and I just felt like I was just a another sale, Thank you and here you are. I know that we are in a pandemic and we should limit our communication time in close proximity as much as possible but I would have been willing to stand out of the car while he explained features versus going home and trying to learn them all on my on and nevertheless and not explaining when I should be returning for my services etc. I pride myself in great customer service because I am a Nurse Manager and care for individuals daily and know the importance of quality care and for coming and purchasing first time from Lexus I definitely did not feel like I received The Red Carpet treatment as others have stated they received. Yes I did purchase the vehicle because I look liked it and Mason did assist me some with my purchase but there is a lot more he needs to improve on with making sure his customers are satisfied! More

My sales person was fantastic, very professional and handled everything in a timely manner. I didn’t really appreciate his manager trying to change his mind about me taking the car to have it inspected. handled everything in a timely manner. He had my loan officer and myself upset, telling her I need to have my loan processed on Friday or he was going to put the car on the lot to be sold. It was really a threat. Friday evening my loan officer called again because of his threats for a second time. I had to get firm with him, asking him, “what’s really the problem.” I had already gotten the loan and why was he trying to take the car and sell it. This was ver unprofessional on his part. The rest of my experience with your business was wonderful.
