Mateo was fine. The biggest problems I had were once I arrived, they showed a video saying I'd be in & out in an hour. I was there for THREE hours from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new car. It was at least 2 hours from the time I'd done my test drives & decided on which car until the time I left. Granted, it was busy but that's not my problem & not what you're advertising. I also didn't care for when I was finally given my keys, the car had enough gas to go 50 miles. I asked the manager for a full tank. The manager said it was supposed to be half full since it was used but agreed to give me a full tank. I just think it's bad business overall to not give people a full tank of gas with their purchase, much less mention it's only supposed to be half full. More
