I expected to pay a slight premium over MSRP for the new EV6, that wasn't a problem. My wife and I bought the car for cash and we were told we had to talk to the "finance manager" before we could leave. He EV6, that wasn't a problem. My wife and I bought the car for cash and we were told we had to talk to the "finance manager" before we could leave. He gave us a hard sell for an extended warranty. When I told him I didn't sign contracts that I didn't get a chance to read, he got insulting. This made the experience very unpleasant. Nevertheless, after I complained, the manager of the dealership called me, said they would try to make sure this didn't happen again, and they apologized sincerely. I appreciate the fact that the dealership cared enough about customer relations that they followed up on this. More
