They did a good job completing my service, the issue I have is that they stated my cabin air filter and engine air filter both needed to be replaced. When I got home, I opened the hood and found the engi have is that they stated my cabin air filter and engine air filter both needed to be replaced. When I got home, I opened the hood and found the engine air filter was off and had slipped down by the radiator. The filter had some dirt, but not bad. The cabin air filter was not even checked, because the items in my glove box were still in the same place. I removed the filter to look at it and it was very clean, which is what I expected after buying the car new 9 months ago. These two things caused me not to trust the service check. More
