My recent experience with the sales team at Modern Auto was surprising. I am 75 yrs old and have bought many cars over those years both new and used and I can honestly say that my experience with this t was surprising. Matt was excellent through the whole buying process. On the test drive we felt a little shake in the car and they fixed it within a day. Matt even drove to my house to finish the paperwork. Joe, Ernesto, Craig, Keith, Joey, Matt, and the whole team made the process dead simple and super straightforward. Trading in was a breeze and paperwork and delivery were handled in a snap. I’m fortunate to say I get to work with these folks every day, and while that may lead some to believe there’s a bias, I can say that as both a customer and employee, Modern Auto has done right by me many times over. Strongly recommend taking a look if you’re in the market for a car, or if you’re looking for a great working environment - and if you know me, you know I would not make either recommendation lightly.
