Coming from over 20 years of retail management, customer service is my number one priority. I entered the car sales world just over 5 years ago because my favorite part of retail has always been the customer. I enjoy the interaction and the opportunity to make their experience one of a kind, whether it be selling department store merchandise or a new vehicle. My number one goal is to make a memory and hopefully see them again and again because I made a difference in an experience they might not have been looking forward to before they met me. I enjoy feedback as well so I know how to do even better the next time. When you come to see me, I work for you. When I'm not here at the dealership, I am most likely out on the water, Kayak fishing or just getting practice casting because the bite isn't on (lol) or I'm trying out some new rubs and smoking some ribs or brisket. Mother’s day I went in on a Saturday it was before mother’s day and Matt helped me find a car, my credit wasn’t the greatest so we added my husband. Issues were resovled I took delivery of my 2019 Equinox on the 14th of March and returned it on March 15 for some custom stripes. Well, getting it striped turned into quit I took delivery of my 2019 Equinox on the 14th of March and returned it on March 15 for some custom stripes. Well, getting it striped turned into quite an issue that took almost a month to resolve. Now that sounds terrible but on the other hand everyone and everything possible to satisfied me was being done. The entire staff bent over backwards to accommodate and please me. I have to say, I was at times quite upset but at the end the Stingray team really did an excellent job with making things right for me. I definitely would recommend Stingray Chevrolet for purchasing your next vehicle. More
