He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to referring friends and family to him and to Jerry's. I also will be a repeat customer in years to come. I am so Happy that I made the switch from a BMW to my Toyota Camry this car is everything I wanted and so much more. I LOVE MY NEW CAR. Hamid... I would not recommend him. He was not at all personable and made a mistake after our agreement and than tried to back pedal. Once I was not going for that he was bitter and it was very obvious. Even to the point of when I was signing pulled up the boxes to sign and explained nothing and then at the end kept telling me I should thank him. (NO CLUE FOR WHAT HE WAS RUDE.) Overall. I cannot Thank Matt and Paul enough for my New Camry. They are the BEST!!!! More

Worst dealer ever By far one of the worst experience till date. These guys mailed us a deal on a 2017 Corolla.We rang them up in order to verify the deal... turned out By far one of the worst experience till date. These guys mailed us a deal on a 2017 Corolla.We rang them up in order to verify the deal... turned out to be legit. We drove down 30 miles after a very long day at work only to find out that they messed up. It was a huge mistake from their side. We showed them the mail which they had sent us but of no use. They wasted at least 2 hours trying to pitch their new deal. The manager had an attitude problem.Not only was he absolutely unapologetic but he defended his employee stating the deal was miscommunicated . He outright told us to take his current deal( which was worse from what the other dealers were offering us )or leave. I would not advise this dealer to any of my friends or relatives firstly because they lure you down with fake deals secondly because they have an attitude problem and treat you badly and thirdly because they waste your time and test your patience. An utterly humiliating experience to say the least. More

No pressure easy buying experience I decided to come back to Jerry's Toyota for another Rav 4 because of the good quality service I received 4 years ago. My salesman, Fletcher, was ext I decided to come back to Jerry's Toyota for another Rav 4 because of the good quality service I received 4 years ago. My salesman, Fletcher, was extremely knowledgeable with all of the features of the Rav 4 and answered my questions with relative ease. He even stood outside in the pouring rain as he explained everything to me. I didn't feel any pressure with Fletcher and he genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Even though it was a very busy sales day, Matt the general manager took the time to talk with me during the entire process and provided clarification for my questions. He also stopped by the finance office to ensure all was proceeding as it should. The next day I had to drop off a paper to Jerry's and Matt made a point to come over and ask me how the car was and if I had any other questions. I will use Jerry's Toyota for all of my car purchases and maintenance needs because of this quality service. More
