Matt took the time to explain all of the features that my new car has (My previous car was a Honda and the car before that a Toyota and I've never had someone take the time to make sure I really know how to use everything that's on the car). The safety features and AWD were what made me interested in the Impreza. More

From the moment I entered the dealership I was gre To start with, I do not like to shop. Recently purchased a Subaru Outback from McLaughlin Motors. From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted by Matt Campbell with a friendly relaxed manner as he inquired as to what I was looking for. (for what I was looking.?) I had heard about the Lane Departure warning but was amazed at all the other safety features that are available. Needless to say, the enhanced qualities of the car require a lot of complexity, as confirmed by the thickness of the Owner’s Manuals. Matt patiently ( I am in my eighties) explained the operations of the many features. He also made it clear that he will be available for any questions I may have in the future. A happy Outback owner. More
