Excellent experience. Service Advisor was very prompt to greet me and reviewed all my concerns assuring each item was clearly documented. Pick up was fast efficient and ag Service Advisor was very prompt to greet me and reviewed all my concerns assuring each item was clearly documented. Pick up was fast efficient and again pleasant experience with the Advisor who reviewed all findings and services performed. Service Director Matt Cena was great as always is throughout every service experience I have as I am a father of three boys and we have a combined 4 Toyotas in the household. Thanks again to the whole IRA Toyota Service Team! Highly recommend this dealership. More

A class act! Mike Armijo, our Service Advisor, is incredibly professional, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Tyler Cotter, the Service Manager, and Matt Cena, the Mike Armijo, our Service Advisor, is incredibly professional, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Tyler Cotter, the Service Manager, and Matt Cena, the Service Director, were so supportive of us. All 3 set the gold standard for car service and repairs. We will always take our car to IRA Toyota Scion of Manchester. I beyond highly recommend this dealership. More

I had a terrible customer experience my past visit with Toyota. Upon arriving to Toyota, my service advisor was extremely rude and condescending towards me. When I modified my appointment to add an inspect Toyota. Upon arriving to Toyota, my service advisor was extremely rude and condescending towards me. When I modified my appointment to add an inspection sticker a few days before, the app must of changed my status to “dropping off” vehicle. Michale was very rude to me about this saying “we’ll because you and other people have done that today it’s making our wait times behind” I apologized for the miscommunication but I tried to explain that I didn’t notice it changed my status. After that he asked if I would also like a tire rotation and I asked when was the last time I one and he was very snarky when looking back and kept going on and on about devices I declined in past. Then I went inside and spoke to the director who was less then helpful in the matter because as he said “well, Michael just got a glowing review saying he was professional and very helpful”, so yea thanks for validating me because just because someone is professional to one person doesn’t mean they can’t be annoyed with another customer. Upon leaving, there were no cars parked in the garage yet my vehicle was parked outside so I had to walk in the rain leaving which isn’t the end of the world but it was definitely a final turn of the sword by the advisor because I spoke to his director about him. I found it unnecessary to have my car parked outside when the typical flow is it’s waiting in the garage as your leaving. More

I am very disappointed. It took 3:15 minutes for an oil change. I was also supposed to have the recalls completed only to be told they didn’t have the parts. I spent the majority of my Saturday for a basic oil change that I could have gotten anywhere. Very dissatisfied. I was told by the service manager that they couldn’t do anything about what happened but would detail my car next time I came in. Too little too late. More
