Technicians seemed disgruntled, salesman and cashier talking with 3 customers waiting with no acknowledgment while the salesman at the counter was singing and dancing to the music. Service manager infor talking with 3 customers waiting with no acknowledgment while the salesman at the counter was singing and dancing to the music. Service manager informed me on arrival that they did not have inspection tags and waiting for fed ex delivery and would call me by 3pm to update. I did not receive a call. I called at 4pm to be informed that the vehicle will be done at 5pm when I dropped off at 10:30am. Now I have to make a return trip for the nys inspection which I was hoping to have completed with my scheduled appointment. Lacking customer service and creating inconveniences for myself. I’m beginning to lose faith with vision Henrietta dealership. More

I STRUGGLE getting anyone to answer a phone anywhere here, including the service department and the sales department. It takes days to get a return phone call. However, whenever I get to the servic here, including the service department and the sales department. It takes days to get a return phone call. However, whenever I get to the service desk, Matt M and Matt C are ALWAYS empathetic, attentive, and caring. They value my limited availability and time. I consistently leave the service desk happy. More
