I appreciate that my free oil changes for life was honored. Greg Melino issued that to me when I bought my 2020 Tucson and initially I was told it would not be carried over by the new owners. I thought 90 minutes was too long for only an oil change. In the future, I would rather be told up front how long the visit would take so I could make plans to leave for that time. I have been a Vision customer since 2008 when I bought my first Tucson that I drove for 12 years because of the great care I took of that car and the service I received from Vision Hyundai. Matt and the whole team at Vision Hyundai were very helpful. First they gave us a new engine at no charge because of the built-in hundred thousand mile warranty on it. That still didn’t fix the engine helpful. First they gave us a new engine at no charge because of the built-in hundred thousand mile warranty on it. That still didn’t fix the engine light on the dashboard so they went in a second time and replaced a second part of the engine and again at no cost. Also each time they gave us a loaner car so that we didn’t have to curtail our daily activities. I was very impressed with the updates they gave us. Thanks to all. Lynda and John. More
