Clearly showed they do not care about my issue. They insisted that there is no manufacturer’s warranty on tires when you buy new car. I knew it exists just not easy to actually get money, but they They insisted that there is no manufacturer’s warranty on tires when you buy new car. I knew it exists just not easy to actually get money, but they just kept saying there is no warranty. Also after I replaced 2 tires and asked what kind of warranty new tires have they again told me only one year warranty even these tires have much longer warranty. More

While the dealership is in a major renovation with minimal customer facilities including indoor restrooms the service staff continues to provide exemplary customer focus and service! NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I purchased a Hyundai Palace Limited from the Webster location with every possible warranty and add-on they offer and I bring it to the Henrietta loc I purchased a Hyundai Palace Limited from the Webster location with every possible warranty and add-on they offer and I bring it to the Henrietta location for service. The first time I brought it in for an oil change, THEY RIPPED MY LEATHER SEAT! It took me nearly a week to get in touch with an actual person since their phone number just rings and goes to voicemail 100% of the time. Once I finally got a callback all they could do is deny it. Well, since I purchased the oil change package with the car, I brought it back again for another oil change, and this time THEY CRACKED AND BENT THE TRIM PANEL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR. At this point I still can’t get in touch with a human and all I get is voicemail. Do yourself a favor. Do not buy a car from them and definitely do not have one service here! More
