Have always given a 5 star rating on service (this is my second Mazda), but seems something has changed since my prior service visit. It normally was taking less than an hour to have the oil changed and tir second Mazda), but seems something has changed since my prior service visit. It normally was taking less than an hour to have the oil changed and tires rotated. The other day it took over two and a half hours. Most of this time was making and sending me a video of the bottom of my car plus a video of the air filter and cabin filter which had been removed. Hope this is not the new norm. More
