This is over all experience not just the last (3rd) svc appt on this new 2019 3500 truck. Sales and Service staff very accommodating. However it doesnt seem like the truck, which came from Keno., was eve appt on this new 2019 3500 truck. Sales and Service staff very accommodating. However it doesnt seem like the truck, which came from Keno., was ever vetted before ready for sale. The AC was low on freon, quarter size chunk out of 1 tire, tailgate wasnt lined up, delivered with less than 1/2 tank of gas (trade in had full tank), had to cancel a svc appt because it was going to take over an hour to change a tire. Miscommunication about who takes care of tailgate alignments, Palmen vs RAB, and svc wanted to charge me gas on a courtesy car for the above issues that should have been done prior to purchase. Then had to return because the replaced tire was leaking air down to 55psi. All tires were over inflated initially, esp. front tires (86psi vs 60psi). Wasnt aware until the last visit. Now they are only over inflated by 5psi. Received truck back with tire seal all over the tire.... no courtesy wash until I asked for one that last visit. Again sales has been considerate and accomodating. Just frustrating on a brand new vehicle to have to have 3 svc appts. More

Sold us a car with bad rotors, refused to fix it when we're brought it back in. We're should've bright it back in right away. Charged us just to look at it and wants nearly a grand to fix something on th we're brought it back in. We're should've bright it back in right away. The service was great. The communication to get the service was odd. I got a postcard when my parts arrived, not a phone call, and the postcard said that if I hadn’t responded in 14 days, that the part service was odd. I find it odd that in the year 2020, that when a special order part arrives, that the person who needs it would be notified by mail, as opposed to a phone call or a text. More
