Knowing the Auto industry has been flipped upside down in the last 18+ months, Rob was patient and understanding regarding my budget and spending limits. Rob worked hand-in-hand with two gentlemen, Tom Graham and Matt Furman (Two managers) and the three of them combined were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We leased an HRV. Test drive process was simple and easy as was the leasing process. We were given a very fair deal by the dealership and Honda. The manager really worked with us based on our needs to get us the most competitive price available. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Honda of Hackettstown and I will go back again. I recommend this dealership and Rob Nylund highly. More

Beware of their prices for used cars! I took my daughter to buy a 2018 used Civic about 2 weeks ago. After test driving and selecting a car, the dealership dropped a bomb on us. Their "fees" for selling t to buy a 2018 used Civic about 2 weeks ago. After test driving and selecting a car, the dealership dropped a bomb on us. Their "fees" for selling the car were approximately $2,000 on top of the list price. No, I'm not talking about tax. In other words, they are advertising cars much cheaper than their competitors to get you in the door. Then they hit you with these extra fees. No other dealer has fees anywhere close to $2K. We walked out and went to a reputable dealer. More
