I had my car in for tires, alignment , and inspection. after looking at my car it was discovered that it had rust and it couldn't be inspected. I understand this. Meanwhile the tires and alignment was done. come to find out that the wheel bearings were bad after the 2nd time i had it in for inspection after the rust was fixed. This should have been caught the first time it was in for the inspection. More
