I have spent 18 years in for the automotive industry. Starting as a detailer and then moving up as a technician. From there I transferred to the service dept. and spent 7 years as a Service Consultant performing admin and warranty administration. I have since moved into Leasing, Fleet and Retail Sales as of August of 2013. I have 7 fur babies a Beautiful wife of 14 years and my 13 Year old son. Won’t go anywhere else to buy a car. Matt always goes above and beyond and checks in to see how we are doing with our cars. We let him know our budget and our plans. September 4, 2020, I went to St. Charles Nissan to purchase a car for my Son who is a Senior in high school. Now I went in as a Retired Army soldier, with a 840+ credit score and was willing to put d purchase a car for my Son who is a Senior in high school. Now I went in as a Retired Army soldier, with a 840+ credit score and was willing to put down $8000. After several negotiation, I walked out of their with out a car, because they did not want to go down on the price $500 more dollars. GOOD NEWS FLASH. I called Bommarito in Hazelwood and Spoke to a real professional and polite gentleman by the name of Matt Gonzales. I shared with him my situation and that I was a US Army Retiree looking for a car for my Son who is a Senior in high school. Matt said were closing soon, but come see me tomorrow and he will make sure I leave with that car for my Son. Making a long story short. Matt Gonzales was professional, proficient, polite and did what he said. I left Bommarito Nissan with the car of my selection, almost $2000 less than the price at St. Charles Nissan. Best Labor Day Weekend for myself and Son. Matt Gonzales is the best salesman of the year. More
