This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership! Went in earlier in the week and test drove car of choice. Ryan Ruiz was absolutely great! Pedro was also amazing after asking for a couple different quotes on two different cars he got the numbers I needed to be able to purchase our car! Between the two of them this was a top notch exciting and super fun experience. I absolutely love my car and would 100% recommend to anyone buying a car to go to Temecula Hyundai. Service center is shady and will falsify your maintenance I’ve been coming here for a year to get my older Hyundai serviced. I’ve serviced my car with other Hyundai dealerships and this place maintenance I’ve been coming here for a year to get my older Hyundai serviced. I’ve serviced my car with other Hyundai dealerships and this place has the laziest technicians I have ever encountered. They will NEVER do a multipoint inspection not as thorough as other dealers. Case in point, they have NEVER checked my battery. When I asked the service advisors, they said that you would have to explicitly tell them to check the battery. If that is amount of attention to detail they put, then you already know they don’t give a f*** about your car. Eventually my car battery died in the middle of nowhere and I had to scramble to get jump started. That situation would have avoided if they just check the battery like normal dealerships. I don’t know if it’s the service advisors or technicians not doing their jobs. In the year that I had been getting serviced here, they NEVER TOPPED my fluids. Coolant and wiper fluid were almost empty a year after I started getting serviced here. When I came in recently, I explicitly told the technician to top of my fluids, which I was assured they will. When I came back to get my car after it was done, I popped open the hood and lo and behold, my fluids were still low. That just shows you how they can say one thing and actually not do it. I wonder how many of the oil changes they actually did in the course of the year. This is dealership is just so blatantly deplorable. More
