From the time I made the first inquiry , to the day I actually walked in the dealership to sit down and spec out my truck, then take delivery of it, I was treated with utmost respect and courtesy from absolutely everyone. I was taken seriously and wasn't discouraged or pressured to buy one already on the lot. I knew what I wanted and they were there every step of the way. Shawn was a class act all the way through. He took time to answer my questions, call me or text me back when needed, as well as everyone else that did too. He made sure of the extras I wanted done before taking the truck home. We shared laughs and serious chats. He's as down to earth as you could hope for and I appreciate everything he did. He even called to check on things the day I drove it home. I've gotten the most compliments and stares. I've recommend Kent County Motors to over a dozen people already. Anyone looking for a new car truck go see him.
