Since our first experience trading in a F--d Explorer that we never wanted to begin with until Yesterday we've now had a 2014 Acadia then a 2016 Sierra 1500 Double Cab and now back to a 2019 Acadia AWD SLT-1 "Black Edition". We've dealt with Matt Hall on all 3 vehicles, but since he's now a Sales Manager Chris Blades was our Go To Guy. Chris rang the bell on every issue and question we had and made sure our delivery was smooth and easy. We had looked 6 months ago and decided to hold off, and Matt & Chris were comfortable enough that we'd be back that we never got any phone calls or pressure. We'd see them when we took our Sierra in for Service and always had at least a short visit just to say "Hey" and still no pressure at all to make a move. When we were ready we were comfortable enough to give a holler as to what we were looking for, and after one call we had everything put together and only needed to head to Dover, test drive, and then pick up our New Acadia. My Wife is our only driver, and she can't be more happy that she doesn't have to wrangle that big Pickup into parking spaces and tight clearance areas.... As long as She is more Comfortable, then I'm certainly more comfortable as well... Thanks again to the entire crew at Kent County Motors from Matt & Chris up front and Robby back in Service. We've always relied on Kent County Motors for all our Sales and Service needs and haven't been disappointed since our first visit back in 2012 when we arrived in Delaware from Montana. More
