Matt the service advisor received my car on Thursday. I called on Tuesday to see if my Maverick was ready. I was told at that time the vehicle was ready on Friday. He said he left a message on my phon I called on Tuesday to see if my Maverick was ready. I was told at that time the vehicle was ready on Friday. He said he left a message on my phone which was not received. The invoice states the car was ready on Tuesday at 16:02. It took 3 days to fix my problem without proper notification. After driving the vehicle for 3 days I have another engine light on. I am disappointed my vehicle is not fixed. More
